1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rajasthan AI portal (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The Government of Rajasthan provides users with access to a rich collection of educational resources, AI sandboxes, and certification programs. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that the Government of Rajasthan assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Misuse the AI Sandbox for generating harmful, biased, or malicious content.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Modifications to Service

The Government of Rajasthan reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
